Whitney Fielder is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She is deeply intuitive, insightful, and grounded. In terms of her background, she received her master’s degree from Chapman University and her primary focus is working with teens/young adults with a speciality in women, couples, and relationship issues. Additionally, she has created workshops and curriculums to address childhood trauma, divorce, academic challenges and difficult peer relations. 


She specializes in treating depression, anxiety, eating disorders, substance abuse, trauma, and relationship issues. Her success has been found in her passion to individually tailor therapy techniques towards the specific needs of each client she works with. She approaches each person as unique. Her primary focus is centered on a holistic idea of wellness- a connection between mind, body and spirit.


In terms of therapeutic style, Whitney has an authentic and collaborative approach that pulls on cognitive behavioral techniques as well as mindfulness and trauma informed theories. Her passion is in joining clients to offer continuous support, a safe environment, and guide them in their path towards achieving balance and fulfillment. Her patients often describe her as warm, down-to-earth, and insightful.
