Brandon is a down-to-earth, compassionate, and deeply present psychotherapist. Clients describe him as warm, thoughtful, and easy to connect with. Before transitioning into full-time clinical practice, Brandon spent several years designing digital mental health tools aimed at supporting emotional well-being across the lifespan. While this work deepened his understanding of the field, it was his own transformative experience in therapy that ultimately called him back to the heart of the work: real human connection, healing, and face-to-face engagement with individuals.
Brandon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado and a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. He has worked in private practice and community mental health settings, with a focus on supporting teens and young adults. His clinical specialties include anxiety, depression, trauma, identity development, stress, relationship challenges, and navigating life transitions.
In the therapy room, Brandon brings a relational and collaborative style. He meets clients with genuine curiosity and presence, aiming to understand each person’s lived experience and inner world. He integrates Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Attachment-Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based practices, tailoring each session to meet the client where they are—whether they’re working through a difficult season, clarifying their identity, or seeking deeper emotional resilience.
Brandon is especially passionate about helping individuals reconnect with their most authentic selves, build emotional awareness, and cultivate meaningful relationships—both with others and with themselves.
Brandon lives in Newport Beach with his wife, their dog Remi, and a baby on the way. As a lifelong beach local, surfer, and wellness enthusiast, he understands the emotional pressures, cultural narratives, and unspoken expectations that often shape youth and young adults in Southern California communities. He brings this lived perspective into the room, creating a space where clients feel seen, understood, and supported in their growth.
