Dr. Norman Roach, affectionately known as Dr. Norm, is the heart and soul of Keil Psych Group. A master clinician with over 40 years of experience, Dr. Norm has spent his career practicing psychotherapy, training psychologists, and teaching graduate-level coursework in the art and theory of clinical practice. He was the primary training mentor for Dr. Keil, and his mentorship remains the backbone of the practice to this day. Simply put, Keil Psych Group would not exist without him.
While Dr. Norm has worn many hats—supervisor, professor, mentor, clinician—his deepest commitment has always been to the sacred work of psychotherapy itself. He describes his philosophy simply as “being human, the human connection, and love.” With a rare depth of presence and warmth, Dr. Norm offers a space for profound healing and transformation.
He specializes in working with individuals navigating grief, trauma, personal transformation, and relational pain, especially as it relates to women’s issues and fear. His work is grounded, intuitive, and deeply relational. His sessions often feel less like treatment and more like a return to the self—human-to-human, heart-to-heart.
